Explain me an example of a time when your strategic thinking came into use?

There was a time when a lab process that I had performed did not produce the results that the physician expected. I was asked to find out if there had been any inconsistencies. I performed the result again with the same results. In trying to determine what had happened, I discovered that the lab technician who had taken the sample had mixed up the labels.
