★ Right-Click on the taskbar
★ Uncheck "Lock The Taskbar"
★ Drag it to the top of the screen
★ Right-Click on the taskbar
★ Go to properties
★ Check off "Use Small Icons"
★ Click "Apply"
★ Check "Lock The Taskbar"
★ When you restart the computer follow instructions 4-8
