TextBox1.Text = Request.Form["TextBox1"].ToString();

Or SecondForm.aspx.cs

TextBox textBoxTemp = (TextBox) PreviousPage.FindControl("TextBox1");
TextBox1.Text = textBoxTemp.Text;
