Please explain what is LEFT OUTER JOIN in MariaDB?

LEFT OUTER JOIN is also called LEFT JOIN.
Syntax:
SELECT columns
FROM table1
LEFT [OUTER] JOIN table2
ON table1.column = table2.column;
