Tell me how much weight can you lift and carry for around 100 yards easily?

I have the ability to carry fifty to seventy pounds very easily and carry it around. At work I have also been lifting these weights from floor to five feet high shelves and also carrying them up and down the stairs. I can stand and walk 8 to 10 hours per day while lifting, carrying, handling, and rotating, etc. continuously.
