High School Interview Question:

What if your students don't "get it"? In other words, if a lesson is not working for all your students, do you have a plan for remediation? How do you carry out that plan?

All good teachers are effective when the students 'get it,'. I am looking for those teachers who have several alternate plans in mind when kids don't understand the material.
