What is your greatest weakness Regarding Emptoris? What are you doing to improve it?

I believe my biggest weakness Regarding Emptoris is wanting to help anyone I can help. What I mean is I am willing to take on task that are not my job. I want to learn all I can. However, that has helped me get promoted or even asked to help in times of need in other department. I have been know as the "go to person" when help is needed.
