Hello! Thanks for sharing. The part 1 of the IETLS speaking test is some sort of an interview between the test taker and the examiner. It's like a job interview but the questions depend on what's being administered by the IELTS body. This forum will be a big help for improving the performance of the IELTS test taker. Good luck. First: Remember the definition of an essay.
Second: An essay must be written with Grammatical precision.
Third:  Flamboyant words do not make the grade.
Fourth: Do not use jargons.
Fifth: Mix up complex sentence structures with simple ones to create variety and show Grammatical range.
Sixth: Know what you are writing about.
