1. Explain me what is a Kinesiologist (Kin)?

A kinesiologist is a health professional (also known as a human movement professional) registered with their provincial kinesiology association. Kinesiologists are human movement specialists that provide services to the public through the application of sciences such as anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and psychomotor behaviour (BCAK).

2. Please explain what is a dynamic muscle contraction?

An example would be what happens when a person pushes against a wall. The muscles contract but the joint remains unmoved. A dynamic (or isotonic) contraction occurs when the force generated by the muscle causes movement in the joint. Dynamic contractions occur during most physical activities.
