1. What are your salary expectations as Protocol Officer?

I'm sure that your company offers a fair, competitive salary for someone with my education / training, skills and experience. I am also willing to negotiate for the right position.

2. Why are you the best candidate for us as Protocol Officer?

I have all the skills necessary for the job and I will preform above all others.

3. Tell me did you have any problem finding our office?

The interviewer usually asks this question to make the candidate comfortable. You can smile and answer this question by saying: “It was quite easy to find this place.”

4. Please explain why do you want to be a security officer?

I have traveled alot and it is of great interest to me to learn and assist in the area of security.

5. Explain me what is your greatest weakness? What are you doing to improve it?

My greatest weakness is not answering questions to quickly and not completely. I need to slow down and take more time and think things out.

6. Why should we hire you in Protocol Officer?

I think I am a great match for this position. My degree in management coupled with more than 10 years of experience managing 100+ employees and delivering top notch training, helped me to improve staff productivity by 30% and reduce employee turnover. I believe that I can do the same for your organization and would be a great addition to your team.

7. Explain us about an accomplishment you are most proud of?

After being out of school for a good period of time to go back and complete schooling and complete a hvac course.

8. Tell me what skills do you have that make you a good fit for this position?

I have several skills that are applicable to this position and qualify me to be a good fit. First, I am trained in assembling and monitoring surveillance equipment. Second, I am CPR and First Aid certified. Lastly, I've taken martial arts for over 10 years so I feel comfortable protecting those around me.

9. How are you today?

This shows that the interviewer is quite caring and polite. He or she wants to put the candidate to ease before getting down to serious business. You can politely answer, “ I am very well thank you.”

10. Tell me what are your weaknesses or areas you would like to improve?

I am always working on improving my communications skills to be a more effective presenter. I recently joined Toastmasters which I find very helpful.

Sometimes I have trouble delegating duties to others. This has sometimes backfired because I'd end up with more work than I could handle. I've since taken courses in time management and learned more effective delegation techniques and I'm happy to say that my last several team projects were a great success.
