Explain me what methods do you use to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information?

I understand the importance of maintaining confidentiality when handling sensitive information. I have had formal training in this area and I always use secure passwords and encryption when storing data. I also limit access to confidential documents and I never share confidential information with anyone who does not have a need to know. Additionally, I am always aware of my surroundings and I am vigilant about not leaving confidential documents out in the open where they could be accessed without permission.
