There can be a multitude of answers to this particular question and it's up to you to make it sound plausibly acceptable to your potential new employer. Maybe you went redundant, if so don't make it sound like your desperate and went for the first job that came along. Perhaps you are looking for a fresh start in a new role and you believe that a career in security matches your personality and strengths.
