Please explain a situation where you had to make a quick decision?

Was instructed not to complete any projects that did not come in through our automated system while Director was out of town. Brand manager came in with last minute request necessary for a sales pitch. I decided it was important to completed the project and followed up with my director to let him know what was going on in the office.
