Hospital Security Interview Question:
Tell us how would you handle a situation where a patient or visitor is behaving aggressively towards staff or other patients?
Submitted by: MuhammadAs a hospital security officer, my top priority is to maintain the safety and security of the facility. In the event that I encounter an individual behaving aggressively towards staff or other patients, I would first assess the situation to determine if there is any immediate danger. If necessary, I would contact the appropriate authorities for assistance. I would also take proactive steps to de-escalate the situation by speaking calmly and firmly to the individual involved. Additionally, I would make sure to document all details of the incident in order to follow up with the proper protocols.
