Artists can earn substantial amounts depending on how good they really are. Some just hang out in public places and offer to draw a caricature of people for a fee. Others do more serious stuff, like painting and sculpture, which are then sold to art lovers and collectors. You may have a hard time at the start, but once you have broken through, the money will start flowing in.
