This question is generally asked to newbies who are either giving the interview for their first or second job. To answer this question, one should first consider the difference between a job and a profession/occupation.
If you are asked about what do you dislike about your job, you can speak about what you think is wrong with the profession as a whole. One of the best ways to answer these questions is to point out some of the most common disadvantages of working in a job you’re applying for. This will make an impression that though you dislike these, you have begun to accommodate them, as everyone else has.
When you are asked about what you least like about your previous job, you can refer to things you felt were wrong with the particular company or the department.  Of course, you should be careful not come across as a complainer, as it sets up a bad picture.
