If you or any of your friends looking for a job; you may be having clarity in terms of what you are looking for in a job? This question can be asked in a job interview by an interviewer or you may ask yourself as a self assessment before starting your job search.
If you are young then the chances to earn ‘an extra buck’ may be the most motivating factor to go for any job opportunity. However, if you are middle-aged and have responsibilities to take care of then it is natural for you to consider whole lot of aspects as well while figuring about the job worth. Many a times, people do not land up in the right jobs. Even if they do, they tend to get fatigued soon and they begin looking for jobs. Thus, it all boils down to your satisfaction level in the present job. If you feel your talent is being wasted or overtly drained; you start looking for opportunities that promise satisfaction.

Desire To Excel:

This is yet another aspect that many people consider while searching for a job. It is the sheer desire to excel in one’s niche that drives individuals to hunt for better jobs. For Instance,

Stability:

Since job stability declined over the years, many individuals still would want to secure a job that offers stability as their first choice. Many workers have to change jobs over the course of their career live. It is imperative for an individual to figure out his motivation and asses his desires before looking out for a job.
