1. Explain me about a time when you were forced to make an unpopular decision?

Not every decision is popular. In fact, almost every decision is bound to make someone unhappy at some point. The key is to demonstrate how it impacted others positively and why you chose it.

2. Tell me what is your typical way of dealing with conflict?

First, find out what the root of the problem is. Second, determine the best steps to remediation with the best possible outcome. Third, take action to put remediation plans in place.

3. Please tell us why do you want to work for us?

If you haven't done your research on the company or understand why your skills and experience are relevant to this company, you will fall flat. Use the company's ‘Unique Selling Points' and relate them to your skills and career direction.

4. Tell me yourself in three words?

Pick three adjectives but then back up each with a real life story that demonstrates those characteristics.

5. Tell us why should we employ you for this role as Travel Agent?

This is you're chance to summarise your suitability or the role and demonstrate your understanding of the company and what you are looking for. It's no good saying that you can smash sales targets if it's a customer service based role!

6. Please tell us your top 5 favorite island destinations for a newly married couple?

There are so many to choose from but the top five are: Turks and Caicos, Bahamas, Dominican Republic, Hawaii and the Virgin Islands.

7. Please explain me the abilities you have in order to work with us as travel agent?

I have the ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences, communicate information and ideas in speaking so others will understand, speak clearly so others can understand you, identify and understand the speech of another person, read and understand information and ideas presented in writing.

8. Can you tell me where do you see yourself in 5 years as Travel Agent?

In the next five years, I hope to have traveled to new corners of the world and grown professionally/personally in the travel industry. The role of a Director interests me and I am currently taking steps in that direction.

9. Tell me if you could choose one superhero power, what would it be and why?
