Explain me if you fail to do your job correctly, what are the consequences? Are you able to work under that kind of pressure?

If I fail I go exactly to the area or point that I failed in order to pay full attention so I won´t fail again. I am able to work with that because I have failed before and I know that fail is not something permanent neither success, so we have to learn every day and be confident that we are good in what we do.
