Dialysis Therapist Interview Question:
Please tell me why is patient education so important in this regard?
Submitted by: MuhammadDialysis is a painful and invasive procedure. If patients are not made aware of what to expect during and after each dialysis session, they may become hysterical or simply afraid to come to the next session. Educating them about how the procedure works and what to expect after a session is completed makes it easy for them to cope.
