Tell me how would you voice your opinion if you were working on a project and disagreed with someone on the team?

I actually designed a tea house in which I had the chance to work with other designers. We are three then, and we got the chance to explain to the client what we really wanted to execute on their shop, and we really had a great experience of exchanging our thought with the clients and also a brainstorming of us designers.
