Tell me if you come upon a problem you are unsure about, what do you do?

First, I would take the initiative of researching information on the problem to see if I can find a solution. If that doesn't work or the problem is beyond the scope of my abilities I would ask other mechanics for help, and notify a shift supervisor if need be.
