When you asked a question that starts with “When have you ever” ensure you answer this with a scenario. For example, explain where, when and how you provided excellent customer service and the outcome. Rather than simply saying “I gave lots of great customer service in my last job.”

Remember the airline wants to see if you recognise excellent customer service. By giving them an example will confirm to them that you do and show to them how you provide this.
