Seborrhoeic Dermatitis derives the name Seborrhoeic Dermatitis because it normally occurs on areas on your body, which are rich in sebum. Scalp is one such area. If you get severe Seborrhoeic Dermatitis, your scalp skin and hair follicles are affected. The severity can cause permanent damage to the hair follicles and permanent hair loss
