Explain me a challenging problem you faced during one of your clinical rotations. How did you deal with it?

One time I had a patient who came in as a stroke alert she was coherent, however her boyfriend who came with her did not appreciate how many people came in did what they had to do and then leave. So i went over and explained everything that happened. What was going to happen to difuse the situation.
