Know what kinds of things those employees in positions similar to the one you're interviewing for are doing. And make sure you read the job responsibilities and requirements carefully.

For example, if you're applying for a marketing analyst position and you know that the company uses HubSpot, then you can mention that you're looking forward to diving into that.
