First Aid Interview Question:
What is insulin?
Submitted by: MuhammadA hormone secreted by the pancreas that converts blood sugar (glucose) from the food you eat into energy that the body can use to do work. Insulin regulates the metabolism of carbohydrates and fats. When control of insulin level fails, it can result in diabetes.
