1. What do you think about Teamwork?

We recommend that you don't immediately respond to the question directly. Instead, say something like, “That a difficult question. Then, describe in detail how you helped them not only complete the task but learn to do it on their own. You want to teach them HOW to fish and not to simply fish for them.

At the beginning of each day, I inspect the work site to make sure that it is hazard-free. Once the work site is secured, I verify that all tools and equipment are adequate in supply.
