Customers are the backbone of an organization. As a sales person, you should know how to handle their queries in a proper way.
While introducing yourself to the customer, also introduce your company.

For example: "My name is Hussain. I am working with globalguideline.com We are an online magazine and we help create awareness about various career options for our site visitors." Be gentle and try to pay attention to the needs of the customer rather than focusing on your skills.
