Goods Dispatch Exective Interview Question:
Tell me about your education. How has it prepared you for a career as a Warehouse Supervisor?
Submitted by: MuhammadMy education has allowed me the opportunity to learn the aspects of what a leader consist of. I recently took a leadership development course, which made me understand what being a leader is, being a leader consist of more than just leading it consist of caring for the individuals you lead building a relationship with them and making them feel as if they are needed. In my current position I had a situation where one of my employees lost their spouse this individual became real depressed, I begin to talk to them and just listen to them and by me showing them that I cared, it in turns allowed them to gain a sense of trust.
