How to create a scroll bar if menu is larger than the screen size?
Submitted by: AdministratorThe screen rectangle in which the menu is to be drawn (specified by IMENUCTL_SetRect) must exceed the screen height by at least the height of a single menu item. Otherwise the menu item will be clipped and no scroll bar will appear.
