Tell me about a time when you had to think strategically?
Submitted by: AdministratorThere was a time when I was told I had to get rid of 20% of my people. I had to determine which persons I needed the most by determining who could do what. I had to put aside personal feelings so that I could keep a working crew to handle he same workload with less people.

in my current assignment as the DCS service engineer in Egypt, I've to think and act based on strategically thinking.
I've to keep my customer aware of all issues he had and in the same time I've to correct it and put a plan to enhance the
quality of the work done from my engineering team colleges.
i know that my customer will renew hsi service agreement/upgrade his system/extend his plant.....I've to win his trust
all the time and give him my company best work/performance.
