Explain me how do you handle situations where visitors are not following hospital policies?

If a visitor is not following hospital policies, I would first explain the policy to them in a calm and respectful manner. My goal would be to find a resolution that works for everyone involved. If they still refuse to comply, then I would use my discretion to determine how best to handle the situation. Depending on the severity of the violation, I could either give a warning or ask the visitor to leave the premises. In any case, I would do my best to de-escalate the situation while still enforcing the hospital's policies.
