Explain me where you used your communication skills to resolve a conflict between two patients?

In my previous role as a hospital security officer, I had a patient who was waiting for his family members to arrive at the hospital. He became impatient and started yelling at other patients in the waiting room. I went over to him and asked if he would like me to call his family members for him. He agreed, and I called them while he waited in another part of the hospital. This allowed him to calm down and wait patiently until his family arrived.
