I believe that the best way to build relationships with hospital staff and visitors is to take the time to get to know them on a personal level. I like to ask them about their hobbies, interests, and experiences, and I strive to make a connection with them on a human level. I also make sure to be friendly and approachable while still maintaining a professional attitude. Finally, I understand the importance of communication and being available to both staff and visitors when they need help or have questions. I believe that these strategies have helped me build strong relationships with the people I serve.
