☛ P&ID
☛ ISS/ISD (instrument specification sheet/instrument data sheet)
☛ Calibration record (TR)
☛ Pressure test record(TR) if required
☛ MC check record (local loop)(green color)
☛ MC punch list
☛ Visual check punch list/loop check punch list.
