1. Tell me why should I hire you from the outside when I could promote someone from within?
Why do we upgrade to new technology when the old one is still helping us. Same way we need to upgrade human resources for betterment of the organization and to bring in new ideas.
2. What would you do differently in your life?
I would not change anything because all I faced in the past whether success or failure create the person who I am right now and which I am proud of.

I am quite happy with my career progress. I have improved my career progress by working with dedication, determination, honest. I think success will always depends on learning new things, so that it helps me to improve my technical skills and to implement in the projects.

Life is full of challenges. I have faced many challenges in my life. Sometimes I have failed and sometimes I have got success. I never bother about failures because it gives me experiences to face next challenges.

My company is not aware that I'm looking for other opportunities, I will be gladly giving you the reference once I get selected for this job as my records are very clears.

Sitting in the home without doing any work.

Yeah, I Faced it and corrected it as well and felt it as a Stepping stone.
Apart from that let me describe the situation, I like to be independent in taking decisions and that was not supported by my colleagues and later I came to Realize independency itself has it's dependency in Some cases.

Change is essence of life. I have gain more jobs experience means, I'm looking for a position which gives me job satisfaction with this I can't look for any other position further. I have well known about your company. Now I'm in confidence for long term here.
9. Tell me why have you been out of work so long?
I was joined as a fresher in my previous company. After four years I was joined college for my higher education at the time they provided leaves for me. And also when the time my financial situation not good. That's why I took the decision.
10. Tell me why did you resign from your previous job?
First of all I would very thankful to my previous company. I learnt lot of things from there. Changes are necessary part of the life for everyone those who desire better upliftment of knowledge, skills and opportunity. I want to join this organisation to explore the horizon with better challenging work.
