Submitted by: MuhammadYes. I had three promotions within the three years I had worked there and three raises. What we had there was a salary. That salary increased after the first thirty days. You get a raise after 90 days, then another raise a year after that. After your first promotion, there was an increase in salary. That's pretty much how it worked.
