I think I have set up MySQL permissions correctly, but bugzilla still ca not connect.
Submitted by: AdministratorTry running MySQL from its binary: "mysqld --skip-grant-tables". This will allow you to completely rule out grant tables as the cause of your frustration. However, I do not recommend you run it this way on a regular basis, unless you really want your web site defaced and your machine cracked.
