Acknowledge their pain - empathize with them. Then apologize and offer a solution to fix the mistake.

This is a process guesstimate where the interviewer wants to know if you know what to ask. First, you would find out the dimensions of the building (height, weight, depth). In the past, I have found it difficult to work with others who see themselves as better than others, who can take criticism, and who refuse to work with others.
