Why does an indifference curve never meet?

No indifference curve can intersect because all points on indifference curve are ranked equally preferred and ranked or less more preferred than every other point on the curve.

Two indifference curve never meet because every point on an indifference curve shows different combimations of commodities which give different level of satisfaction.
In short each ndifference curve shows different level of satisfaction therefore they can never intersect
