He has a proper quality to guide his/her employee. He has
decision taking tendency and can control his team & team
members. He has capacity to lead the team according to
circumstances.
This is the place where i will get challenging environment to work and will be able to explore my potential for my as well as companies progress.
Since I am fresher I will look towards opportunities to learn and explore more and of course salary
start with your highest qualification and then switch to the job/internship if u r working in a company.tell about your responsibilities in the job and switch to the question again that is your previous qualification before your highest qualification.
First of all I shall assess current scenerio of the organizational work environment,culture,understanding different staff approach then apply my skills to attain the my career objective in respect of corporate goal.
