Career decisions are surely the toughest one and almost inevitable. I follow my instincts during any doubtful situations. because in dilema u r not in the position to make a decision. what better guide can we get, other then our inner voice, during those difficult situations. This doesn't infact means that decision regarding the priority in life be left just to intuitions. Intuitions also needs input in the form of one's likes and dislikes. Goals proper set once, as such, go a long way in creating a good intuitive judgement.

They can do it better them selves; cant trust him/her to do it; he/she is not qualified enough; they don't want anymore added responsibilities; I don't have time to show anyone how to do it; No one to delegate to; I am the only one that can do it.
5. Why you choose teaching as a profession?
I have chosen teaching as a profession because it lets helps be getting better command over the subject. Also, in free time, I can read other in-depth about the subject, which enriches my knowledge and provides me something to offer to my students beyond the textbook answers.
6. Everyone has strengths & weaknesses as workers. What are your strong points for this job?
I find it easy to work in a group or as part of a team because i am a friendly and social person and easy to get along with as in work there is strenth & weakness but we have talent n knowledge about the job.
Employee should see delegation as an effective management skill which allows staff to use and develop their skills and knowledge to their full potential. A cynical view of this skill is a warning sign.
8. What was the last major problem that you were confronted with? What action did you take on it?
You can say any of your problems that had created different views as major problem you have faced...n you can answer that you solved that problem with help of elders by talking about their experience in similar kind of situation and applying somewhat similar logic to your problem by keeping faith.
